The location and the pool

There were a lot of options for breakfast like chicken sausage, fried rice, potato wedges, breads, egg station, and such. Our room was cold when we got there and that was definitely a bonus! Despite the hotel layout being an open plan (no gates), our room was very secure and we felt very safe. The pool was big enough for a quick dip and lap even, it was just green and rather murky, unlike the fountain/pool in front of the reception.

The pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast could have been warm (it had the right serving dishes but none of what they offered was actually warmed). The road to the resort was loose sand and was unpaved so rolling luggage can be hard but that's not in their control. :)

The property is beautiful! Close to the port but far enough to don’t stress with the noise, is very central. The garden and the pool are clean, with a nice view to the garden so if you are looking for a place to relax and connect with nature here it is! The room is big, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice with an open shower so you can feel the vibe of the place.

Everything was great!

Very good hotel with the best location. From the arrival point to the hotel - a minute walk. To the right - sunset, to the left points with shops and snorkeling with turtles. Really the best location on the island.On the territory of the hotel there is a great area with a lawn and a cool pool. In the evenings they show good films on the street, a lot of people gather.A beautiful bar and good cuisine are also included.The service is top notch, the guys at the reception are the best. They always solved all the problems well - late check-in, extension of the room. We forgot the key in the room and for some reason our safe was blocked and everything was solved quickly and politely.Well suited for those who go to Gili Air and want to spend this time in comfortable conditions without the risk of getting into dirty bungalows and bad service.I definitely recommend it, we will come back again!

Everything is so good! The standard of the rooms is both very clean and very beautiful. The breakfast pancakes were delicious and the welcome orange drink was tasty in the heat. The staff is so nice and helpful. This was my favorite place so far on my trip, I wish every place was this luxurious and cheap!

Super nice location close to harbour! There is a lot of space and beautiful surroundings. I love the big pool I could literally swim which is not that obvious on the island. My room was spacious with newly renovated bathroom (half outdoor). Everybody was super friendly and helpful. I even got a desk into my room cause I needed it. Thank you so much for everything!

It was really close to the harbour so easy to get around. The room was very cozy. There was a spa at the hotel and the treatment we booked was well worth the money.

The place was great. I found it one day before departing to Gili Air and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly, the cleaning was everyday, the location was convenient, totally worth the money and of course I'm coming back!!! Recommend ??

A great hotel. Staff was super helpful especially Pras who works in the restaurant. My room was excellent..very clean. The location of this hotel is very good..less than 5 mins from the wharf and central Gili Air restaurants and shopping. It was a blessing to not hear cars or motorbikes..this Makes Gili Air and this hotel the place to really chill and relax.

Only one thing to mention..maybe some more umbrellas around the pool.

Very simple accomodation, clean and comfortable. The gardens are well maintained. I have been staying here over the past few years and nothing has changed, it's getting old and tired. The location is a big winner and it's great that it offers movie night.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to wait over an hour. I was woken up each night by cat's howling, they were fighting on the balcony and they leave a mess. There was more staff just hanging around (disinterested in actually doing their jobs, they would be better suited at nightclub work) the front restaurant than there was seating options, the breakfast was very plain. The pool area needs to be staffed for guests (towels, food, drink, cleaning) plus more umbrella's.I mentioned to Reception that my bathroom sink was leaking and that water was flooding the floor, I asked if they could fix this or I could move rooms. They did nothing, so I had to use the old towels to soak up the mess. It's really needing a refurbishment, especially the towels, restaurant menu and the front of building could offer more privacy. This place could really be a tropical paradise, it has so much potential.

For the price, this property really didn’t meet a good standard. We paid for 4 nights and decided to leave after 3 because it was disappointing. The Welcome on check in was just a formality but not very inviting. It was difficult to explain what we needed and staff are not very proactive with cleaning around the front area and grounds beside the bar and breakfast area. It was very run down for the price. Bedrooms were like dorms. Very basic. Fridge was so noisy we unplugged it. Bathroom supplies were sparse and needed to ask for soap. Needed to ask 4 different people for swimming towels

Horrible stay, expensive and very dirty room

Access to the beach for private boat transfer

The hotel was cheap so didn’t expect much and it lived up to that expectation. Dated, very few sun loungers, bar/restaurant is just a shack on the front road. Staff aren’t anywhere near as attentive as the other 6 hotels we stayed in around the Gili’s, Lombok & Bali! Everytime you buy something from the bar they ask to keep the change which is annoying, I would always let them keep it anyway!
